Notary
Notary Public services are available in the Judge's Office during business hours. Unless otherwise specified through signage at the Courthouse, the Judge's Office and Notary services remain open during lunch hours.

Appointment of Counsel (AOC)
The Request for Appointment of Counsel Form must be signed in front of a Notary Public.

Forms may be brought back to Gaines County Courthouse Room #204, 101 S. Main, Seminole, Texas or signed forms may be mailed to:
